Florence County inmates cannot receive phone calls. General-population inmates are issued tablets and have unit phones, and outgoing calls are collect or debit calls through Smart Communications. Calls are limited to 15 minutes, three-way calls are prohibited, and all non-attorney calls are recorded and subject to review.
